So new ball joint is in 90nm toqure setting hub , and all brake parts are in the car boot as im now waiting a new drive shaft I can confirm the on the car even scared ai , I showed the ai on my device via camera all movement and it came back with for your safety do not drive your car from what im seeing and how much floppy free play you are showing me it is very dangerous this has caused your inner tyre to wear plus the lower ball joint too... well, I got told off ......
Some photos of the shaft out of the way and some gearbox numbers as one seller claims the driver shaft is coded to the gear box ? What for ...

It did till it turned out to be a tad over 1mm to thick for the roof to close correctly, so its been done again in a grey soft cloth proper thickness too and a happy roof

Just checking: this isn't the torque setting you've installed that big 41mm ball joint into the hub at is it?

You've been busy Husky! As regards the little Torx screws holding brake discs to the hub: I always use a small impact driver to remove them. It that fails, they're easy to drill out...

I thought it was more than 90 .. its not back on the car yet so when it is I can pound it up , ive another problem.
