DS5 Fuse Allocation for Glove Box
Hi All,
I've attached a list of fuse allocations for the fuses in the glovebox.
It isn't complete but I thought it might be useful & handy, also if anyone out there knows the missing fuses, please let me know and I can update.
P.S.: I need to know the location for the fuse for the front passenger electric seats as I think mine has blown, so if anyone has this information.
Regards

Re: DS5 Fuse Allocation for Glove Box
I believe that (because of the load) the fuses for the seats are in the engine bay fuse box (and there may also be a maxi fuse, which is hidden from normal view).

Thanks for pointing me in a possible direction.
I will start trying to find more information about the fuse box in the engine compartment.

Hi Marc,
Managed to have a look today at the fuse box in the engine compartment.
Unfortunately to me it looks nothing like the one you sent me.
I've attached some photos of it. Regards

Ok, so that's because the diagram I sent you is not for the engine fuse box.
This picture shows Left Hand Drive, so will be in the passenger glovebox in a RHD:

Re: DS5 Fuse Allocation for Glove Box
Hi Marc,
I opened the panel inside to glove box & can't see BFH3 Fusebox (Cabin Fusebox).
The only panel I can see is A2C53383165 BSI (photo below need to rotate it 180).
Do I need to remove the whole glove box?
Really sorry,
nayan2217

Yes, where the BSI is. There are several small fuse compartments that surround the BSI. I know it is cramped there but you need to be careful too. Look to the sides, below and above, but it will be marked and will be there.
The additional fuse box may be covered as in the diagram above, with the cover as (2)

Re: DS5 Fuse Allocation for Glove Box
Heating of my driver seat stopped operating, I would like to check the fuse, my car is left handed. If I understood well, this should be fuse F9? I managed to access cabin fuse box (which is beneath area of steering wheel as per Marc photo), although it is messy with cables, I can not see F9 anywhere?
Marc, your last post shows photo of BSI, is there aditional fusebox around it? If so, I am not sure from what side should I access? Not sure if I should remove front mask of BSI unit?

Re: DS5 Fuse Allocation for Glove Box
Yes Fuse F9 located in the Cabin Relay Fusebox (BFH3) shown above, but - this fuse controls both heated seats for passenger and driver, so if the passenger one is working it's not the fuse.
Most likely it is the heated pad that has failed - and these mostly fail on the driver's side as the seat is the one more often used, which causes wear and failure of the heated seat pad components.

Re: DS5 Fuse Allocation for Glove Box
Thx Marc for prompt respond. I guess your picture is not targeting F9 fuse, as there are some other markings, but your aim to show generally where it is located. I will give it again in-depth look in this fuse box to notice it clearly and try to reach it. My wife told me passenger seat was heating, I will double check this by myself as well. If it is operating as you said, I guess, unfortunately, seat pad is dead and maybe replacing complete driver's seat with the second hand would be reasonable solution, but I doubt I will do this.
