Help identify correct mirror

Unread post by amazighman »

Hi
I have a 5008 mk1 2.0 hdi with an intermittent power folding driver wing mirror , setting off for work and the mirror wont unfold , have to try few times using cockpit switch for it to work , sometimes it works fine.
Tried sourcing a second hand mirror assembly but there are few different ones and I cant determine which one , can someone with access to parts diagrams help?
I can provide the vin

Cheers

I have access to a parts diagram for 2011 but I need to know your body style and gearbox type as well as your RPO number on the tyre sticker on the door. It is not labelled RPO but is usually the first number under the top line on the sticker. I need that info to feed into the parts system to find the right part as I do not have access to the VIN based system. :)
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

If you dont mind could you help identify the correct number for left side driveshaft? The short one?
Looked on Autodoc and there seems to be two different sizes
Many thanks

Is it advisable to replace the driveshaft oil seal in the transmission?

Yes I would as it is cheap by comparison to stripping it all down again should it fail in the future. Plus if you are replacing the shaft then it makes sense to have a new seal to bed to it. :)

🙏 thanks for all your help , Wouldn't have been able to locate the parts without you , my online parts diagram partsouq .com doesn't accept Peugeot vin number , only manual selection which isn't accurate on some parts
Cheers
