Re: C5 2012 - P0928 Error
No, the gear leaver blocking actuator (1642) is located where the BSI is as you can see below. The BSI is still in the same location on Left Hand Drive Models (on the left - Driver's Side). It is not easy to get to on a LHD. On a right hand drive it is in the same place, but that would be the passenger side for us in the UK.

Re: C5 2012 - P0928 Error
You first need to remove the oddments tray by gently partially lowering the lid and unclipping it at the lower supporting legs. This will reveal the screws. You can then remove the trim surround, and you may also need to remove the Driver's Steering column Airbag (for the driver's knees), but you may be able to access what you need without doing this - depending on access.
This should give you a good view of the BSI - but I suspect the relay will be behind it no doubt.

Re: C5 2012 - P0928 Error
Hi there again, electrician tried to get that error code p0928 and it was succesfull after moving out 10A fuse on this unit:
9675877980.
After moving out that fuse, we got that error and cannot move gears. So it could be BSM unit problem?

Re: C5 2012 - P0928 Error
F7 in the Engine Fuse Box (PSF1) is the gear lever blocking actuator control relay automatic gearbox - ECU and electrohydraulic block automatic gearbox - electrohydraulic power steering.
If that was faulty, you wouldn't have any power steering....

Re: C5 2012 - P0928 Error
Ok, repair shops did not found any issues… but I’ve already found a trick, which helps . When I press break pedal several times and start the ignition - I get no errors. If I start ignition after longer time without brake pedal pressed - I get error… strange…

Re: C5 2012 - P0928 Error
Yes brake light switch, as the foot has to be on the brake pedal to allow Parking position of the auto gearbox to be moved from 'P'. So just a thought.... but as for parts, please see below from the 'Parts Thread'
