Hopefully by mid next week i should have my setup done and all fully running. I contacted the fella i purchased the software from he said I'm not the first to get back to him and going back to 32bit fresh install on the laptop will cure the problem .
I want to thank James for your help your like a swiss army knife

Do NOT forget to back up that file (that Marc mentioned) for every update.

Thats all on my usb stick, with all the new drivers to the laptop.
Ive just purchased a new air intake for the 206 as the old one has come to the point of leaking to much oil down the side of the engine , when the weathers warm it makes oil far more worse than what it is, another little job , always something with cars.

Sometimes it helps to plug the equipment into each of the USB ports, so the software can find it whichever port it is connected to. You might want to do this after each successful upgrade.

DON'T FORGET TO BACKUP THAT FILE!!!

Easy Diagnostics regularly sell out of Lexia stock, which could indicate how good their stuff is.

Used my setup this morning it can't talk to all the ecu's but it is working , ive still the 8 off line updates to do which after a day of hay and straw baling and making a fire break on the small holding, i will leave it to another day when im not so busy, at least its not nagging about anything.
