I need a wiring diagram for 2015 DW10FD 2.0 Hdi diesel. Or pin chart to identify wiring around engine. (Especially TPS / accelerator /ECU.)
Anyone help? That engine has been out since around 2014 or even earlier in the C4 Picasso so must be one available by now?

Re: 2015 C5 DW10FD WIRING DIAGRAM NEEDED
So the Throttle Position Sensor 1261 (built into the Accelerator pedal) should have a brown 6 pin connector. This goes to the Engine ECU, 53 Pin Black connector as shown below with pins:
Wiring
1380Z: + 5 volt accelerator pedal position indicator power supply
1378D: Accelerator pedal 2 position info
1466D: accelerator pedal 2 position earth
731D: accelerator pedal point of resistance / signal
1379D: accelerator pedal position earth
1377D: Accelerator pedal 1 position info

Thats great - thankyou. I have an auto electrician coming to go through it soon. I wonder if you have access to similar chart for the throttle position sensor also? The expected voltages / resistance etc of each would be a great help. ( Sorry I know its a big ask.)

That is the throttle position sensor - it is built into the accelerator pedal. This then goes direct to the Engine Management ECU.

Re: 2015 C5 DW10FD WIRING DIAGRAM NEEDED
Hi Marc, I'm talking about the butterfly throttle on the intake. Theres a throttle position sensor on it with a 5 pin pigtail connecter. Its the 3 parts required for throttle response. Accelerator, Throttle position sensor on intake and of course the ECU. I have replaced all 3 so just need to fathom out wiring between each now. (I actually suspect wiring from intake most -as after fiddling one time there -it behaved for a while.)

Re: 2015 C5 DW10FD WIRING DIAGRAM NEEDED
Ok, so we refer to that as the Air Doser, part of the Turbo air piping, hence the confusion.
Part A in the diagram.
As for the diagram - I will be sending you a PM shortly.

Oh ok. Seems i’m on the wrong track then? My code reader is saying discrepancy between the two potentiometers from the throttle position sensor. So perhaps I should concentrate on replacing connectors and wires from accelerator to ECU - as your diagram 1261 above.
I do appreciate the help you’re giving me.

John, what actual codes are you getting from your reader? It may be a code I can refer to an earlier Delphi system for a better explanation.
