Had a breakdown in a tunnel about a week ago. (I posted the alternator belt problem couple days ago). New problems arise. The road assistance came in about 5 minutes and offered to lend me a battery booster to the nearest parking spot. They didn't warn me to not go too fast so ofcourse the hood flipped on my windscreen since it wasn't secured with the hook. I completely forgot about that.
The left hinge is broken, right one might be okay. The hood and windshield are okay as well. How hard is it to replace? I will get the hinges off a scrap car I guess. Doesn't matter which color they are.
I tried googling and searching this forum but haven't found any answers.
