Given the number of 'After-sales campaign' notices concerning Takarta Airbags I have been made aware of when looking up parts from PSA for members, I thought I would post a link to the following documentary that may be informative concerning the issue with these igniters.

According to Takata, the chemicals in the airbags’ explosive charge can...

Disruption to Parts Service

As you may be aware, the consolidation of the old PSA to the Stellantis Group systems has resulted in both a merge of data tools and a requirement to migrate PSA accounts to Stellantis Systems.

This has caused some problems for organisations like ours and the Team are currently looking at the best way forward. This...

Greetings to all. I have just bought a 2013 Citroen C4 VTR+ 1.6 VTi hatchback. Done 71000miles. My first Citroen ( if you don't count the 2CV I had in France for a couple of months in the early 1960's). I like the car so far, but I am finding the pedal spacing a bit difficult to get used to ( I had a Focus before this one, with no problems). Has...

Hi everyone, I have recently bought a 2003 Citroen C3 1.4 HDI which has the rarer 16V engine, and I'm slowly getting it ready for Winter motoring, that's if I can get the heater/air con working.

The car seems to have a fair bit of oomph for what it is (92bhp), so should be a great little runabout while I revitalise my Vauxhall Combo work van...

Welcome :D So what classic cars do you have?

Could this be of interest?

Cheers. I've forwarded that to my wife.

Thanks Jim

Welcome! The 106 is a cracking little car and starting to appreciate on the classic scene, especially the auto...

You'll certainly find lots of knowledge here... I've just left Saxo ownership after many years and the Saxo is nothing more than a 106 with a different badge!

Enjoy the forum :)

New Peugeot 207 Owner

by Dibs » 23 Sep 2023, 12:58

Hi Folks,

Just became a new owner of a 2011 Peugeot 207, 1.6 hdi hatchback.

Car runs well - few niggles to sort out (heater control panel bulbs blown, and a rear washer jet that isn't spraying) but with searching the forums and YouTube, I've got some idea what\how to fix them.

I've run VW\Audi's most of my life and maintained them myself -...

Hello everyone, i've signed up in the hope you can help and perhaps I can contribute....
My wife is French and her Grandfather was a garagiste in the south of France, we inherited the house probably 20 years ago and I've been slowly clearing out the garage and other buildings.
I bought back to the UK a few boxes of what were clearly special tools...

Thanks for this - yes that does look like the correct Fenwick tool I'm glad you identified J7 as a van - that helps.
