Multiple warning lights

Evening all..
car in Question is 2008 c4 grand Picasso 1.6hdi auto

I know this is a wide problem but intermittently I get every warning light ping up on the dash.. sometimes it clears on its own and other times I have to reset it and it comes back on within minute driving.. Plugged it in tonight and it also shows C1550 (I got a sticky caliper at the rear failed Mot today) my Question is while driving if it’s sticking could that throw out the system and ping on all the lights? esp/abs etc and also showed C1331 (front wheel speed sensor signal fault.coherence). Would either of these be making every fault flag up on the dash?
Battery is new and showing correct voltage with engine off and on… I’ve cleaned all the fuse terminals etc.. I’ve got to change or clean up the rear caliper for the MOT anyway but what does anyone think the chances of this being the all round cause of the warning lights etc?
