HiFi system not playing right. Retrofitted need help.

Hello, as the title says i need some helkp with my HiFi system.
The car is a 2016 DS DS3 blue hdi with the smeg screen

I've built in the subwoofer in the back, and the tweeter in the front. They both work, the tweeter plays as it should, but the subwoofer isnt very loud, and i almost cannot hear it. I've tried 2 other cars with the HiFi system and they sound 10x times better than mine does. There is almost no kick in the back from the subwoofer.

This is how it is now, with volume control working and okay sound.

I've tried to telecode the radio so it should have the HiFi amplifier both the multiplexed and without. When it's multiplexed there is no volume control at all. It's just a fixed volume.
If i telecode it to the HiFi amp without multiplex, the sound is very very low, and you need to turn volume to max, to hear it right. Also the Park-assist is almost muted, same with the phone calls.

Can anyone help me figure this out?

Also does anyone know if it is possible to get DAB working, and maybe android auto?

Not possible with Android Auto on this system as far as I can tell - too early.

The other issues may be to do with the type of equipment you are trying to install - may not be compatible with the Head Unit. There are stacks of Head units and each has different hardware capabilities and functions - i.e. some do not have DAB hardware, so you can't just 'enable' it.

So you say there are different radios? I thought they all were the same. Mine has alot of equipment, it's got full parking sensors, backup camera, also got navigation.
According to Partslink24 (the only parts catalaouge i've got for citroen) i have this one.

But when i manually take a ds without vin, i can find this one. This is a digital radio instead, but that's the only difference i can find, since my radio according to partslink has all the checks for equipment except digital radio.

You're using a 14 year out of date parts database! PSA don't make their data available externally without charge and whoever you are getting this data from is using an ancient offline copy that is no longer valid.

Your original part number was correct at the time of build (1615648180), but has since been replaced with a new part number.

Head units are are 20+ variations depending on equipment and build date and version. I can't help you with the configuration as the options on later versions of diagbox are different to earlier versions. So trial and error or you have an incorrect type of amp - what have you fitted? - the loudspeaker type amp where the amp is built into the loudspeaker or a different one?

Partslink24 is a paid system for car Companys, to find some sort of parts catalogue on car makes we don't have in house. It's the only form of catalogue i can find since i don't work at the DS dealership.

For the sub/amp setup i installed the subwoofer with a amp. Pictures below.

For the configuration i tried the official Diagbox bought a official token valid for my car for 7 days at the time. From the official PSA-servicebox website, so no offline version, and the newest Diagbox at the time. With the ability to telecode from psa servers.

I will try and go to the Workshop today, and remove the other sub i have on hand right now, and se if that makes a difference, so i take out the possibility that my amp/sub is not working correctly

Just saying it's out of date, that's all - and missing some models. Maybe once you pay them you'll get better access - but the data is not free, as we have to pay for it too.

On that last photo, what is the part number on the label? The image is too small to see anything on it.

I went out to the workshop and tried to fiddle around with the other car that has sub installed. I tried switching them around from car to car.

this is what i found out.
First i tried to install my subwoofer in the car that works, there my subwoofer played loud.

Then i tried the subwoofer from the working car in my own car, where it played low like my own subwoofer did.

- So the subwoofer i got is in fully working order.
