If you can't already find the info you need on the Forum, we do ask for a membership upgrade for official parts data as we are in turn charged for this. It will cover you for future parts requests for up to 2 years, so excellent value.

If interested, links are below, then pop your VIN up.

Thanks for your donation Steve.

Please provide the VIN in full for me as this part is no good. It will be automatically masked when you submit your post, but staff will be able to see it.

Steve, have a look at this top diagram showing the exhaust system heat shields. Let me know the item number:

Here is the Turbo for reference with the above:

This piece seems to be missing it’s mounting tabs. The whole thing moves.

Ok, so I think the part is item (1). It's hard to see, but it's the Manifold Heat Shield, part: 1723T3. The cover (1) goes over the turbo and is fixed using washers (14), Part: 1712C9, item (70) CBLX RDL Screws, Part: 691272 and item (71) Flanged Screw, Part: 6925G5.

I hope this helps.

Here's a picture of the whole thing:

As this part attaches to the other heat shield around the DPF / Cat (2), it can look to be one part, but it's not.

The only one I can see is on the other half of the heat shield, item (3), which would also take an item (70) CBLX RDL Screw, Part: 691272

Not on your model for this year Steve. That only came in on later 1.6 110 HDi PSA vehicles, so yours just has the CAT, no DPF.

Ah, i thought mine was the 110 engine. That’s a relief…I think. There is a fault ‘polution’ which occasionally comes up the previous owner said. I’d assumeD it was the DPF. Will know more with the lexia….

You do have the 110 engine, just without the DPF as that was not fitted until later. You have the 110 Bhp DV6TED4 engine without FAP (Particle Filter). So just make sure they are aware of that at MOT! They should be though....
