peugeot 3008 hdi 2017 dpf fault

hi to all
hear is an update on my previous topic had diagnostics done on the car today and they told me that there was a fault with communicateing with the dpf fuel tank on the can bus diagnostic circuit has anyone had this fault and does anyone have a wiring diagrame for the dpf tank

a new tank has been fitted now my question is does the dpf tank connect to the bsi interface

The additive tank normally has a LIN connection to the BSI.

what colour is the LIN connection and i have been told that there is a common fault on the peugeot and citroen with the wiring for the additive tank

PSA dont use wire colour coding, they use codes printed on the wiring.
If it is the type of tank with the 3 pin plug pin 2 is normally the LIN connection.
Are you getting no communication with the tank?

First check is to confirm you have a power supply & earth across pins 1 & 3.

Yes, you should have battery voltage across pins 1 & 3 with the ignition on.

To check it properly you would need a wiring diagram to check the LIN wire between the tank & the BSI, I suppose you could also scope the wire & see if there is anything going down it. If you have physically checked the wire as far as you can the chances are you need a new tank/pump unit. Certainly not uncommon.
