206cc headlights

Would anyone happen to know if the 206cc headlights are the same as other 206's or are they peculiar to that model?

On both the first and second generation 206s, there are 2 versions of headlamps - one with single and one with double optic lamps Pete. This applies to each generation of 206.

It seems that they are the same across the range irrespective of model. I saw on Pieces auto they are about 30 squids new!!!

Can't help with the reg now Pete - GDPR requirements - so will need the VIN.

No, they are not the same Pete - they mak LOOK the same but they aren't.


MK 1 CC Single Optics	MK I Single Optic	MK II Single Optics (but there are 2 versions of lamp depending on build date.

Pete, if you're going to look at the car to get the VIN why not get the RP number instead?

The VIN is better as it will actually tell me what version of lamps it has and I can get the RPO from that too if needed.

Ok, so that's a December 2003 Build Cabriolet, with Double Optic Headlamp Unit:

Part Nos:
6204T0 (left)
6205T0 (right)

Thanks Marc, it's for a mate (the chap that bought my van over in the back of his lorry). I'll cross reference the numbers to see if it's a standard headlight across the range, bearing in mind that 3 versions exist and find the equivalent LHD part numbers for the same headlight.

is there any site to cross reference 1 part number with other models to see which parts are compatible on which models?

Check your bulb type physically then use the part numbers on Misterauto or similar and confirm the fitment.
