Its dripping what seems to be fresh water rather than coolant.
I cant see anywhere it should be attached to.
Its on my xantia (v6). It goes into the bulkhead jyst above the plastic bag steering rack gaitor.

I've once seen a case of where that was broken - you have to be cautious with it if you ever have reason to remove the heater box complete - and the effect was a persistent leak of water into the passenger compartment ending up under the passenger footwell carpet...

Same symptom as a failed scuttle seal...

I fixed it by sleeving it with a tight-fitting length of plastic pipe covered in silicone RTV sealant...

Exactly how I fixed the rocker cover oil hose that snapped in half when I touched it. I used the loctite from the sump repair though as i know its oil proof.

I've fixed hydraulic pipes in a similar way except the 'adhesive' has been braze in those cases ;)

No need for the quotes around adhesive Jim. Brazing is a gluing process similar in action to the hot melt glue gun or solder.

Now bronze-welding (what people frequently misidentify as brazing) is different as it penetrates the surface of the metal and mixes up the molecular structure a bit.
