Recently I bought Citroen C5 Aircross 2019, and I would like to update my nav system, but the official Citroen app isn't working properly, it wont let me download the update. Could you please provide me the update file somehow? My VIN is VR7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]

You have on-board WiFi, so shouldn't need a licence file.

Unfortunately I have another issue, because my system version is too old (31.09.46.62), it fails to update. Do you have a firmware update thats between those two?

It won't make any difference because you have a Wave 3 system on Wave 3 Firmware.
The next 2 updates convert the system to Wave 4, so is a double purpose type of firmware. There are only two versions above your existing version, and they are very large updates to do the conversion, so you will have the same issue.

Make sure you have a large enough USB, correctly FAT 32 formatted and that only the extracted files and folders are on the USB and make sure that you are in a location where the WiFi can pick up a signal to authorise the update. If not here is the licence file:

Create a folder called license on the USB and copy the licence file into that folder.

i have downloaded the update too and it shows i need the update version 1_076_16.1b116.4 l but get a message of - "error retrieving data"
