Husky i don't see any issue with leaving the A/C rad out providing the pipes are tied up and out of the way.
The only issue i see is if you need to use the A/C to demist the car in the winter, unless of course you have a Sheepskin Coat/Gloves and a DeerStalker hat that will enable you to have the roof down in the winter :)

When you replaced the DPF you must tell the engine ECU that you have replaced it. Did you do this using PP2000 / Diagbox?

Afraid i didn't as not got the diagbox to do so, it bothers me a little but more if i was to sell the car on. I must look into this at some point the car is a real nice drive

That's why the warning will remain. You will need to sort this out as it will likely fail the MOT on some warning lights. The Engine ECU estimates how much Cerine has been dumped into the particle filter since the DPF was installed (whether new from factory or having been replaced). Cerine is found in the Eolys additive and contains particles that cannot be burned off during regeneration. It is these particles along with the other debris that ultimately block the filter. The Cerine is measured by weight. The engine ECU knows how much additive has been injected into the fuel tank each time the car has fuel added. This is how it estimates when the DPF is at end of life. So despite changing it, without telling the engine ECU, it will still think the DPF is end of life and hence the warning. It is always a good idea to top up the additive tank at the same time as replacing the DPF and reset the additive counter too.

There should be members here who have diagnostic kits that may be able to do this for you.

Have a look at our list of members who have offered Lexia / Peugeot Planet / Diagbox Diagnostics help if you haven't already seen it - link below:

At the end of the list is a link to a Google Map, showing the geographic locations of members and details. Just use the Private Message or Email links on the member's profile to contact anyone suitable.

Bear in mind, although we update the list as often as we can, not all members are active on the Forum all the time, so it may take a while for a reply.
