Thank you so much for these files. I’ve been struggling with this update for a while. I finally got it done following your instructions. Why would Citroen not do this themselves!rui_saraiva wrote: 07 Sep 2026, 00:24 Copy this license key

to a "\license" folder in a USB flash drive with the 44.07.33.32_NAC-r0 firmware version (UpdateID 001315031692686757).

@rui_saraiva
I have check the vin on your page and it comes up with wave4 but still having issues. Here’s the steps I have done.
Bought a new 64gb usb.
Inserted usb and formatted it to FAT
Downloaded 44.07.33.32_NAC-r0 to computer from your page.
Transferred download to usb.
Now when I plug the usb into the car it now saying unable to read data.
Please tell me where I’m going wrong. Im lost and banging my head now

rui_saraiva wrote: 10 Aug 2026, 14:04 @RobertBu: That's probably a NAC_EUR_WAVE4 (but you can input your VIN on my page to verify it) and those updates can be used in any Citroën, DS, Opel, Peugeot and Toyota with that system.
The "version not compatible with hardware" is a generic error and rarely related to hardware incompatibilities...
You also need to identify your current firmware version: Hours/cog, OPTIONS, System settings, System info, View.
* With a NAC_EUR_WAVE4 system, you'll get that error if you already have a version newer than 44.06.44.22_NAC-r0 (the version offered by the Opel Update/MyOpel), such as 44.07.05.22_NAC-r0 or 44.07.33.32_NAC-r0 - ignore the official update software, you can't downgrade the firmware anyway;
* With a NAC_EUR_WAVE3 system, but with a 44.0x.xx.xx firmware installed, the above applies, but you are offered the 42.03.33.42_NAC-r0 firmware and there are a bunch more of newer firmware versions.
What is your infotainment system and what is your current firmware version?
Hello,
This is my current system version, I wanted to use E-routes that my car it have built in, but somehow is requesting to have an update in order to work
My current version is 44.02.16.52_NAC-r0, i want to update to the latest one but I could not do it by MyOpel app, I also read the other forum, but its hard to see a stept by step instructions there.
I have done the checking with my VIN and downloaded the file and extracted to my USB flash drive with 32 gb in fat32.
What should I do next?
After this I will update also the MAPS as well.
Thank you in Advance!
