The NHS recommend 10 micro grams a day of vitamin D. Tesco have their own brand with 12.5 micrograms. A blood test should give the amount of D present.

I was taking one 12.5 microgram one and a 5 microgram one daily! Mike, I can't recall exactly what the doctor said my levels were but they were high enough o give her cause for concern!

Me at the Citroen Car Club Chevrons Rally yesterday :-D

Taking part in what was a quite challenging trail run around the grounds of Holdenby House in very rural Northants :)

We even had mud!!!

Loved it. My only regret was opting to do the 10K. It was over all too soon and I wished I'd signed up for the half marathon at least. In my defence, when I initially signed up I was not sure of my fitness as I'd only just started on my road to recovery...

Holdenby House is quite historical: https://www.holdenby.com/
