Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
@Hank_Marvin: As I wrote, you cannot update the firmware. The system that generates/verifies the license keys, needed to install any firmware, is the same that identifies your car as NAC_EUR_WAVE3 - it fails immediately when you try to generate/verify a license for a NAC_EUR_WAVE4 firmware.

Oh I see, so just a waiting game for Stalantis/Citroen to fix it?

Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
Good morning,
Excuse my English. For a few days now, the My Citroen app has been notifying me that a new update (44-07-33-42) has been released for the NAC on my Citroen C4 Cactus (2018), after a long delay.
Once downloaded to the USB drive, the car's USB doesn't recognize it. No message is displayed.
I hope you can give me some suggestions. Thanks.

Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
@Roger971: From the screenshot it's the firmware version 42.03.33.42_NAC-r0, the one that converts NAC_EUR_WAVE3 to NAC_EUR_WAVE4 - so you have/had a NAC_EUR_WAVE3 from the factory. What is your current firmware version?

@Roger971: You already have the latest firmware version, ignore Citroën Update.

Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
Hello Rui and everyone,
First of all, thank you for all the work you have done for the PSA/Stellantis community. Your guides have already helped me successfully update my NAC firmware.
I have a Peugeot e-208 GT (2021) with a NAC Wave 4 unit.
Vehicle details:
Peugeot e-208 GT
Model year: 2021
VIN: VR3**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
NAC EUR Wave 4
Current firmware:
44.07.33.32_NAC-r0
The firmware update completed successfully and the unit works perfectly.
Unfortunately, I cannot install any map version.
What I have already tried:
Original Peugeot Update package
Manual installation
USB drives formatted as FAT32 and exFAT
Different USB flash drives
Latest firmware already installed
Packages containing versions 14, 16 and 20
Your manually prepared package with UpdateInfo.xml
The behaviour is always the same:
The system detects the USB stick.
The update starts normally.
After a short time the installation fails.
The maps remain unchanged.
Additional information:
The vehicle originally came from the Netherlands.
Connected Services now work correctly (e-Remote, remote charging and remote climate control).
Firmware installation is successful, only map installation always fails.
Do you know what could cause this?

Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
@Martin03: Are you using a macOS system to prepare the USB flash drive?

Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
Yes, I am using macOS.
I formatted the USB drive as both exFAT and FAT32 and tried several different USB flash drives.
I also removed the macOS hidden files (._*) before trying the installation, so the USB only contains the required files and folders.
If you think there is anything else I should check regarding macOS, please let me know.

Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
Hello, i can't update my RCC Wave 3 unit. It says usb key isn't compatible with this vehicle. I've tried Citroen Update, PSA update and manually downloading from servers but not worked. Any solution? Thanks.
