The above was a snap shot as the readings were changing while the car was ticking over 1 and 3 had the lower readings , 2 and 4 had the higher readings

For my reference.

Date: July 4, 2026 ?Mileage: 152,311 miles ?Filter Changed: Bosch Fuel Filter ?Part Number: N 2862 ?Injector 1: Flow rate correction 0.86 ?Injector 2: Flow rate correction 1.21 ?Injector 3: Flow rate correction 0.71 ?Injector 4: Flow rate correction 1.20

For a car with over 150k these readings are classed as normal .

I'll try and remember to grab readings from the Grey 308 SW next time I've got Diagbox on the go, then we can compare :)

310 miles between regens average of last 10 = ok I believe.

7 mBar over the DPF at idle speed = think that's a bit higher than the grey 308 registered (will have a look when I get chance to confirm)

Ive replaced injectors 2 and 4 and the programming isn't playing ball at all and its now being met with the engine light flashing

Im using Aultel maxicom 808s I've put the injectors codes in, its said programming complete , but its still not running right , its not doing the learning sequence at all , its getting on my wick lol.

Gearbox side no1
Timing belt side no4.
Injectors that got flagged up by the diagnostic were 2 and 4
Not sure if I might have the codes mixed round the wrong way but sitting in a car in 34° isn't fun at all.

I'm wondering if it might be better to use a proper Diagbox for this job Husky?

I sold mine a while back as it was just gathering dust, this unit I have does the coding I'm going to recheck number order , write all the injector codes down then double check one the order to code, apparently there is a generic code that can be used and as I've found online sometimes the injector that came out that old code can be used for the new one. Were find out later one today at some point .

So after my mums service today amd a small closed family lunch we all sat and reflected on some wonderful memeorys of my dear late mum , I hate this year so much well the past 3 really ,but anyway, when I was driving back home everything regarding the 308cc hit me like a massive wave . It was an oh my god moment , my idea , expose the area where all the injectors are , airbox out , wiper shuttle panel and wipers out the way , nice big open space , I took a photo of each injector from gearbox side first as THIS IS NUMBER ONE.
THEN plugged in my maxicom 808s went to the part which said injectors , well well well wrong code for number one so I entered the 6 digits on the injector and bingo program done, i then repeated this 3 more times in the correct order and low and behold 2 and 4 had no value at all which means no code . I entered all codes pushed ok next screen said program completed and I turned of the ignition each time and let the bsi shut off for each time as this locks the codes in.

I left the diagnostic tool as it was then turned on the ignition... flashing amber engine light and solid stop gone off no more there , I then went for s driver 6 miles to perform the injector learning bit, then got back ran live data , injector 4 flow rate is hitting 2.0 , which is accompanied with a knock , so now I'm waiting for the engine to cool down some and I will fit the new replacement after I've had a little bit to eat and a cuppa decafe tea, then once that injector is in and coded i will have to drive it again so it can learn its fueling sequences. Only French can numner their bits back to front .

Some photos for your amusement. I will say the car went like a rocket all be it with no 4 having a knock , which will soon be sorted , think me mum and dad must of been looking out for me today .. thanks to them if they were.

Ok number 4 has now been replaced as the test drive proved it was knocking when I took it out it was soaked in un burnt diesel , all swapped all coded and programmed, and a quick drive to learn its fueling sequences and the car is running like new . Next job that needs doing is the heat sheild
