One reader of one of my recent columns in the Citroenian magazine spotted these wheel jacks/dollies in use on a project AX...
Her's keen to acquire some of them. I must admit they do look very useful and practical.
All his (and my) Internet searches have drawn a blank as to any further details.
Can anyone help find a potential source of them?
Thanks!

CJ Autos do them...

Might also be worth looking at their car lifters for a cheaper alternative.

There's also this type of thing:
https://ebay.io/m/N1Ahfa
Ramp with integral bottle jack (and telescopic 'pinned' supports) section.
Have been discussed on the forum previously (will see if I can find it in a bit) - a video, Project Farm was also posted questioning their integrity (though from the comments there was some uncertainty as to if the pinned supports had been missed)
EDIT - here:

Re: Elevating Wheel Jacks/Dollies...
Ramps = all very good however with "most" cars transverse engined, many many jobs need the wheel removed to work on brakes, suspension, engine components/belts/tensioners/radiator/intercooler-hoses/etc, bumper removal/arch liners. Large (long) ramps also restrict access bloody awkward !
Other than direct down engine work not much happens between the wheels that often.
Ramps, = can be a hindrance rather than a help. Really good quality stands with a wide base, a good head and a good jack is a better investment. Get some sheets of good quality ply and some weight spreader planks if you need to work on gravel.

Re: Elevating Wheel Jacks/Dollies...
I fully agree with Alasdair on the jack and stands v ramps debate. The only problem I had was that as I got older I found it harder and harder to pump the trolley jack to get the stands in place. So I came up with this solution:
Now the rattle gun takes care of the actual lifting and I don't get knackered before I start!!

I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Yep agreed, unless, say dealing with rust in close proximity to jacking (axle stand ) position, or putting front end up for an oil change or under tray re fixing, then ramps are less versatile/less likely to be useful

Re: Elevating Wheel Jacks/Dollies...
I bought a set of CJ Autos hydraulic ramps many years ago and used them occasionally to lift my Commer campers to inspect and weld underneath. Also used to change the gear box on my Minor traveller. It's a bit scary when they're on full lift but secure once lowered onto the locking bar, not used them for a while as a jack and stands usually does for what I need so they've been gathering dust for a couple of years. I do fancy a decent scissor lift though but pushing £3k for a decent one is a bit much for me. I've also got a small pit in my garage but that is full of Commer engines and other chunks of old iron
A clean pit with a scissor lift placed over it would be just fantastic.
