I have 9.85 running on Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. What device do you have? They mostly use Actia drivers, but there are some who use other drivers.

Re: Diagbox 9.85
PP2000 operation requires installation of Diagbox in a 32 bit environment. Could this be a reason even inside a VM?

I use Diagbox 9.186 on Windows 10 Pro 64bit. It's a proper install not a VM. Works perfectly.

Re: Diagbox 9.85
It will do on vehicles that require Diagbox. It's only if the vehicle is elderly (think Xantia, Mk1/Mk2 C5, Xsara) and needs PP2000, or in these Citroen examples Lexia, that a 64 bit environment is a problem.Trickiedickie wrote: 13 Jun 2026, 10:28 I use Diagbox 9.186 on Windows 10 Pro 64bit. Re: Diagbox 9.85
Ive tried everything, VM setup, standard setup, win 10 64bit, nothing, does the device manager pic tell you anything? If anyone could recommend an eBay user selling them that works would be great

Re: Diagbox 9.85
I asked you which device - cable you use. If you have Lexia 3 Full chip then you need to use ACTIA Drivers which are installed when installing diagbox 9.85. If you look in the drivers manager and connect the Hardware (Lexia 3 cable) you will see the ACTIA drivers included (you have a picture). If you don't have the drivers as in the picture, then either you don't have the Hardware Lexia 3 cable or your installation is not good. If you would show which device you have, I might be able to help further.
