I'm guess v17 is the newest August 24 it's show and probably the last update hopefully not.

Hello, even I tried several times with different type of usb stick, different computers, unfortunately I couldnt manage to update maps on my C5 AC. At the end of my attemps, I decided to check firmware version (even there is no notification on MY Citroen app for firmware update) it is 31.09.46.62_NAC-r0 old version. I think first I need to update firmware (from wave3 to wave4 before maps. VIN :VR7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff].
Could you please help me for this?

I tried both 42.03.33.42 and 44.07.33.32 with generated licence key file but unfortunately it gives error that the software is not compatible. It should be some way to update it. I ll try 44.02.13.12 as a bridge software

I tried also 44.02.13.12 but nothing. Should I continue to try other versions until I find correct one for making bridge between wave3 and wave4?

There are only two solutions if you're using version 31.09.46.62_NAC-r0.

PSA_update offers:

1) Card + Software 42.03.33.42, but you can't do anything at the moment due to the certificates that expired at the end of 2024.

2) Card V17.0.0.0, and from there, it seems possible to directly install version 44.07.33.32 with a generated license key file.

Nothing else is possible until the certificates for version 42.03.33.42 are revalidated.

Thank you. I am now downloading 17.0.0.0. Do I need to put again .key file in the usb stick?

Yes, citroen update offers me v17. But I cannot install it. It always give an error.
Let me in detail explain it. I am formatting fat32 usb stick and installing maps EUR (I tried both with generated licence key and via wifi) Then it says found update do you want to continue, I click yes, dont stop engine or remove usb, I click yes. Then it starts to process after 5 secs. I get update is unsuccessful warning.

I also tried to reset system (holding music icon 10 secs) but unfortunately this way is not reseting system on my car.

Sure, but when I try to install 44.07.33.32 it gives also error that update is not compatible. It is like vicious circle

I found that @rui_saraiva said on 05th June :
‘ Currently, it is impossible to install any firmware for the NAC Wave 1 and any firmware or maps for the NAC Wave 3 - all those available files have expired signing certificates. This is something only PSA/Stellantis could fix, by issuing a new certificate and signing the updates with that certificate. This isn't related to the license file you also need to install any firmware.’



Any update about this issue. Anybody knows?
