Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
Thank you, Rui. I've already downloaded it, but what should I do now? Should I just copy it to the USB stick as it is? And do I need a key?

Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
@pasiek78: Extract the .tar file to a FAT32-formatted USB flash drive. In that state (blue screen), you probably need a license key file, as the car is unable to connect to a network to automatically download/verify the key. But I can't see any VIN posted here, so I can't help you get the license file. Maybe if you try removing the first 3 characters of the VIN...

Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
Hi so the question: Does Wave 4 update 44.07.33.32 really does work on a Wave 3 without the migration Update?
As far as I understand it should be as simple as that if I use WiFi for license right?
Is there anyone else that can confirm this method works?
For Peugeot I still only see Maps 17 (Nac4) even though my car has a Wave 3 and I never updated since I knew there are issues possible.
Thank you for the help!

Hello, I recently found a 2014 Peugeot 508 e-HDi and am considering buying it to replace my 2013 DS5 (which has engine oil consumption issues).
Could someone help me identify the original radio unit in this car?
Additionally, if the original radio doesn’t support CarPlay, what replacement options exist?
(Note: I previously upgraded my DS5 from the factory RD45 radio to an NAC Wave 2 unit for CarPlay functionality.)

Hello. I have information regarding the NAC Wave 3 update to the Wave 4 update. Unfortunately, I can't manage it myself. I contacted Peugeot Polska and went to the authorized service center. Peugeot Polska performed remote programming, and some vehicle data was downloaded from the car for programming. So, if you want the update, you'll need to go to the authorized service center.

Yes, they managed to do it, but the program was for my car. I don't know if they'll fix it. Overall, I don't think so. If you have a problem, you should probably contact Peugeot service.

I have a 2019 C4 Cactus with version 31.09.46.62_NAC-r0.
I would like to update to the latest system and map. I am from Skopje in North Macedonia.
Could you help me with this issue? Thanks in advance.
My VIN is VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff].Both of you have a NAC Wave 3 infotainment system (firmware version 3x.xx.xx.xx), which is impossible to update at this moment (and in the last 6 months or so). This is not related to the license, but to the signing certificates (included in the firmware) that are expired/too old. Only PSA/Stellantis could fix this by issuing new certificates, signing their update with them (the private key), and releasing a new .tar file.izzy99 wrote: 25 May 2025, 18:53 Hi all,
I also have the "version incompatible with hardware". The Citroen update program says "PSA_ovip-int-firmware-version_42-03-33-42_NAC-r0_NAC_EUR_WAVE3" is the most recent update I need. My car has now version 30-05-50-42_NAC-r0_NAC_EUR_WAVE3. Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
I was very happy to read that there was a change from Citroen.
In my case, site: https://sites.google.com/view/nac-rcc/system recognize my system as "NAC_EUR_WAVE3 infotainment system".
For me Citroen hasn't change it to WAVE4 in order to update maps.
I have tried with 2 different USB but no luck, update failed.

Re: PSA NAC RCC Updates
hello,
I am from China and I need help. My car is a 2019 C5 AirCross. Recently, I want to upgrade my firmware version. The current version is 22.07.27.42/RCC-r0. I have used the github psa-update program to obtain the new firmware version, but the result is that there is no new version available https://sites.google.com/view/nac-rcc/system I found a new version 22.07.88.52/RCC-r0 on the website. I downloaded the new version to a USB device and received a prompt saying "Version not compatible with the hardware" during the upgrade. According to information found online, I think the reason is that I need a license file. I don't know how to obtain this license file. Can someone help me?
