Updates have been arriving since this week.
However, it's strange, I'm on the fourth update (the first lasted 1 minute, the second 9 minutes, the third 15 minutes, and the fourth 2 minutes), but the system version remains the same, i.e., NHW.1.19.43.8??!!

Just got back from the dealers. They replaced the SOS backup battery and the red light is not on anymore. However, no new updates appeared

No, the SOS button is not lit.
Btw. Is your connected services screen (the bottom menu item) empty like mine?

Update: I’ve followed up again with Citroën regarding the ongoing issue where my services remain stuck during activation. At this time, OTA updates are still not functioning, and “Connected Services” do not appear in the IVI system under the appropriate menu.

The Citroën importer escalated the issue to the manufacturer, and after performing diagnostics, I was advised to contact the service center and reference item number 37328 or 39897—provided by Citroën Customer Care—so the local dealer can apply the relevant fixes.

Today, I visited the dealer in person. Based on the provided references, they determined that the BSFR module is faulty and needs replacement. A replacement unit has now been ordered.

I’ll share another update once the replacement has been installed and the services are re-tested.

Following up on the situation:

The dealership (Posedel Auto) identified a fault with the BSFR telematics module and confirmed it needs to be replaced. However, they were unable to order the part, as the system indicated it's no longer available and cannot be ordered. According to them, there is no way to expedite or prioritize the order either.

They mentioned that they’ve already contacted Citroën's importer to escalate this to the manufacturer. I’ve also followed up directly with Citroën importer to ensure the issue doesn’t get stuck or miscommunicated.

As of now, we’re waiting on a response from the manufacturer, since neither the dealership nor the importer can influence part delivery timelines.

I’ll continue to keep everyone posted as the situation develops.

Update:

There’s still no progress.
As far as Citroën is concerned, it’s as if nothing was ever officially reported. The service center wasn’t able to place the order because the part is no longer being produced (see attached screenshot).
The importer seems completely clueless about what they’re doing. I’ve been chasing them regularly, but so far there’s no movement, and no one appears to know what the next step should be.
I’ll keep pushing and share any updates as they come.

Update – BSFR Module Order Finally Processed

I was contacted by the main importer following my report that the local service center was unable to order the required part. They escalated the issue to the manufacturer, who responded by providing a new and valid part number.

Based on that, the service center was finally able to place the order.

Now we just have to wait and see how long it will take for the replacement part to arrive at the service center.

I’ll keep you posted as soon as there’s further news.

Update – BSRF Module Replaced & Services Reactivated

Today, the faulty BSRF module was successfully replaced. The new BSRF software version is now visible in diagnostic mode, confirming that the hardware and software replacement went through correctly.
During the replacement process, I also received several email notifications from Citroën Connected Services indicating that some services—which had been stuck in pending status for weeks—are now finally active.
Next step: waiting for firmware updates to become visible and available.

Today I finally received a notification about a performance update. Obviously, the new BSRF is having an effect, and the connection is successful now. Unfortunately, the update reached 5% and then failed. The update notification appeared again after a few drives, but it still failed at 5%. Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

Hi, i am pleased for you that you finally got this issues resolved and a new BSRF module fitted.
As for the updates, is your auxiliary battery fully charged, ie have you been on a few Hybrid only journeys recently, more that 20 miles with empty traction battery, or I have heard that some people have complained that they had to have the engine running during the update process, basically these two points mean the same , low auxiliary battery.
Good luck, please let's us know if you got it to work.

After the failed update, I contacted the after-sales support at the importer. They advised me to fill out the contact form in the MyCitroën app, and after submitting it, I was asked to send them (after-sales team) additional details and screenshots of the issue so they could open a ticket with the manufacturer.

They got back to me the same day with a response from the manufacturer, and this time the update was successfully completed.

I’m now expecting additional updates in the coming days, including a possible change in the IVI system version.

The "3 trips of 30 min" is interesting battery recharge between updates🤔
Well glad you sorted it.
