Updates have been arriving since this week.
However, it's strange, I'm on the fourth update (the first lasted 1 minute, the second 9 minutes, the third 15 minutes, and the fourth 2 minutes), but the system version remains the same, i.e., NHW.1.19.43.8??!!

Just got back from the dealers. They replaced the SOS backup battery and the red light is not on anymore. However, no new updates appeared

Btw. Is your connected services screen (the bottom menu item) empty like mine?

Re: C5x Firmware version
Update: I’ve followed up again with Citroën regarding the ongoing issue where my services remain stuck during activation. At this time, OTA updates are still not functioning, and “Connected Services” do not appear in the IVI system under the appropriate menu.
The Citroën importer escalated the issue to the manufacturer, and after performing diagnostics, I was advised to contact the service center and reference item number 37328 or 39897—provided by Citroën Customer Care—so the local dealer can apply the relevant fixes.
Today, I visited the dealer in person. Based on the provided references, they determined that the BSFR module is faulty and needs replacement. A replacement unit has now been ordered.
I’ll share another update once the replacement has been installed and the services are re-tested.

Following up on the situation:
The dealership (Posedel Auto) identified a fault with the BSFR telematics module and confirmed it needs to be replaced. However, they were unable to order the part, as the system indicated it's no longer available and cannot be ordered. According to them, there is no way to expedite or prioritize the order either.
They mentioned that they’ve already contacted Citroën's importer to escalate this to the manufacturer. I’ve also followed up directly with Citroën importer to ensure the issue doesn’t get stuck or miscommunicated.
As of now, we’re waiting on a response from the manufacturer, since neither the dealership nor the importer can influence part delivery timelines.
I’ll continue to keep everyone posted as the situation develops.
