I've just purchased a 2016 Peugeot Partner 1.6 BlueHdi that has a few communication issues. There was was mechanic/mechanics at it previously and it has had an ECU kit fitted to it (Unknown as to why this was done). It had a wire stuck in the engine bay fuse box, bridging fuse 13 to fuse 10. This was said to be allowing it to start. It did seem to be the case, as after I removed it, it wouldn't start. But it is now starting without it. It's starting and driving fine but the power steering isn't working nor are the wipers, with the power steering light on the dash. I have tried replacing the engine bay fuse box with one that I know is good, but it didn't change anything.
I have attached the fault codes from my launch diagnostics. Any help is greatly appreciated
