To change the oil of the gearbox, this must be warm for sure around 60+. Because there is some time that i changed it, i can't remember exactly all the requirements.
O.K. Then your only choice is to try out another version of Diagbox like i did. This solved my problem. I think that with 9.129 i did the reset. With 9.91 ver. had problems too. But 9.168 ver. is working best of all at least for my car and year. There are some links..in your own risk. I didn't had problems although.
