I can't advise on these units, sorry, but are there any fault codes present? Diagbox should provide a fault code if any of the following below. Unfortunately there is no further info on the cause, only the description:

If i remember right on these you cant manually switch them on, they trigger themselves depending on how low temperature is.

I've got one of these on my 2000 model Pug 806 bought about 23 years ago. I didn't know what it was until I heard it whistling for about 5 mins on switch off when temperature at or below about 10 c. Peugeot dealer said this was normal but I don't think it's ever 'fired up' except for one occasion when 'smoke' was coming from under the engine & I found it was the exhaust from the thing which must have started.
Don't need it here in sunny Brittany  so I just ignore the whistling now which I assume is the combustion air/ purge fan. Maybe one day I'll find out how to unplug the thing.

Hi

Did you find a solution with your webasto problem?

I have the same problem which happened after low voltage due to alternator failure

Will work OK through diagbox but wont work automatically, outside temp -4

I have tried disconnecting fuses and resetting BSI but still have the same problem
