Hi guys, brought a van recently, it's got an intermittent leak which cannot trace from hoses, found a couple of loose clips on hoses(just had work done on it), noticed it's got a new EGR cooler fitted however the hoses aren't connected to it.. guessing it's leaked,so the pipes were cut to bypass it and not reinstated once new egr cooler fitted.. trying to find a diagram of hoses so I can trace which pipes missing and order the correct ones to reinstate.. any help would be appreciated massively.. asked peugeot but the diagram they sent doesn't show half the hoses... vin number VF3**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff] cheers

Definitely part number price up #7,, I believe once I pull current hose from egr,, It should be a case of trace it back, if can't connect other end to egr cooler back side, will look at what system that hose connects to, just need to get under there again and will be obvious I hope many thanks! Could be leak from a hose somewhere up higher, hoping it's loose clip but one thing at a time(pressure test didn't show leak, but it does leak on ground sometimes,, 3 clips found loose)

Ok, so (7) on the EGR Diagram is the BSE Coolant pipe to the EGR Exchanger, part: 9801280780, £19.16, so no heart failures there! Direct from Peugeot and includes VAT.

Hi guys, got round to ordering the egr hose(7) however the pipe that was connected to it(chopped) looks like it used to be a longer pipe,, do you know which/what hose connects into the back end of the egr cooler? I believe it's reference could be 9F464(for the egr cooler connection not the pipe),, can't touch pipe 7 until I figure out which hose is missing from back end, cheers guys

So (7) the BSE Coolant Pipe connects to both (1) The Exhaust Gas Water Exchanger and (4) the EGR valve itself:

So if the actual hose / connector that hose (7) attaches to on either (1) or (4) is broken, then you'll need a new part of either (1) or (4) as there are no intermediary hoses shown that (7) connects to.

It's the valve at back I've circled with Blue,, can't find a diagram what hoses connect to that, that way I can figure out which hose/hoses have been chopped and order them
