2000 XM Front Window not working

I've noticed since MOT'ing my XM that the front passengers side window doesn't work, nor does the electric wing mirror adjustment.

The central locking on the door does work though.

Does anybody have a wiring diagram that I could use to try and work out what is common between the window and the mirror? The VIN for my car is VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff].

I think, you have to look at the connector at the A style there will be some contact with corrosion.

Have you posted on Club XM? I know it's pretty much only Dieselman actually answering questions ATM, but they do have online documentation libraries - Gabor's (djg) Circuit Diagram Project spring to mind...

Here are the diagrams for front windows (one-touch) and mirrors a late Series 2 XM. I believe them to be correct for RHD.

Just wanted to say thanks for these diagrams.

I didn't want to take the door card off so knowing where to test for power at the switches and test for continuity between the drivers door and the passengers door was a huge help.

In the end I took the passengers door card off and checked for power at the motor plug, there was power there so I cleaned the contacts with some contact cleaner and a tiny screwdriver and after putting it back together the window is now working.

Really appreciate everyones help as always.
