Coolant system bleed sequence?

Unread post by Dazzler_75 »

Hi, new member here. I have a 2016 C4 GP 2.0 blue Hdi. Looks like I have a blocked heater matrix. System is split heating/aircon. Passenger side hot when set to hi, drivers side is relatively cool in comparison. Not too bad a job it appears but I've read there is a particular way to bleed the cooling system correctly. Is there anyway I can access this? Cant find much online and on here it says I cant view it (was a link on another thread here about this)

Thanks 😊

Rather than a blocked heater matrix, it is more likely a warm air flap problem if you have climate control . Could be a flap motor fault or a stuck flap or even flap damage. Also make sure the pollen filter is clean so not restricting the air flow.

Blocked matrix on Mk2 Picasso is very common. It is at least easy to change.
