Its for the rack Stu, piston seal and rack bar bushes. The only thing I can find is a chap that will make them out of acetal which is a very similar coefficient of friction,Young's modulus, chemical and pressure resistance all very similar. Temperature resistance is lower but if it reaches critical temperature the hoses will probably fail first anyway. The large ring is the piston ring PTFE section.

Darren,
Have you found your seals ? the reason I'm asking PTFE and teflon are the same ploy tetra fluro ethylene. There are companies out there but may need specialised cutting.

I know they are I just use them interchangeably. I might have a manufacturer in the UK a bit steep at £100 but he is making them to order . But he is using acetal

Swan Seals in Aberdeen have dug me out of a hole a few times machining up otherwise unobtainable seals, however, as they are an Aberdeen company, their pricing model is "geared towards Oil & Gas".

Yes, they do
https://www.swanseals.co.uk/seal-materials
To be honest with you, PTFE is actually a sweetheart of a material to machine, so virtually any machine shop should be able to turn these down. Even I've turned down PTFE Rollers for the guides on small winches offshore.
