We generally refer to these as the Fuel Additive ECU (not the Fuel Additive Control Module that is often referred to on Fords for example).

On most PSA vehicles of this year and later the function is incorporated into the engine ECU. The actual multiplexed additive pump is incorporated into the additive tank.
