Hi
what's the trick to remove the radiator off a 2.7 HDI (so get some free hand / tool space to replace the plastic water flange under the egr )
The cooling fan housing encases the radiator and the air conditioning condensor but I can't see any obvious way to remove the fan housing.

There isn't an easy way - the bumper has to come off along with the upper body supports - basically the front end...

I might try the remove compressor and alternator first and see how I go - seemed easier on the petrol V6
