Yes, ignore the Fuse F9 - if your Wife's seat is working then it's likely your pad unit. What about the back rest heated pad - is that not working too?

To be honest I did not know back rest is also heated. If i remember well I never felt heating on that part of seat. I will try heating of passengers seat to check what parts of seat is heating. Can you just tell me if F9 should be located in fuse box beneath steering wheel?

Fuse F9 is where I showed you in the BFH3 compartment as shown in my previous diagram. But like I said, there's no point in going there because if the fuse was not working you would have no heat on the passenger seat.
Heated seats have 2 pads shown at (12) and (13), with the temperature sensor under the front seat edge (14).
