Hi can anyone tell me which sensor or location is an 02 sensor bank 1 sensor 1
error codes P2231 and P0131 occational limp mode but an obd2 can clear and returns to normal. DPF doesn't appear to be blocked. no black smoke, no loss of power or reduction in fuel economy
want to get the right one changed instead of garage hit and miss.

Re: faulty sensor
Here are the fault code descriptors for you.
If you are referring specifically to the Oxygen sensor, there is only one on this engine, shown at (2):
If you need official part numbers, and you can't already find the info you need on the Forum, we do ask for a membership upgrade for official parts data as we are in turn charged for this. It will cover you for future parts requests for up to 2 years, so excellent value.

Re: faulty sensor
It's only 41CM long, so should be easy enough to replace once you get to it and there's no programming or initialisation for the new sensor to worry about either.

Re: faulty sensor
Thank you for the heads up marc. I've investigated where it should be located from your picture. I found it, think i might have to take it to my garage as there is no way we can do it. I struggle under the car this will have to be a ramp job. Just hope they are kind as the pension is pretty stretched now and the part is 97 +vat.
