Ok, so the front shim set is part: 440732 priced at £25.33 inc. VAT from Peugeot.

As for the exhaust - I can't see mention of a flexible pipe, so let me know which one you need - this is the intermediate and rear sections:

Thanks very much Marc

I think the exhaust section is the part before the centre pipe you posted the pic of, it's certainly hidden by the engine tray as it was only when we removed that that we found the small split in the pipe

EDIT: Just looked on ebay and if it's not this one, it looks similar

I misread your post and put the mid and rear up

Here you go, sorry about that - I was dealing with another 3008 at the time and got mixed up.

How much
I'll put up with the very slight blow I've had for a couple of years I think :-D

Cheap ones are on ebay for £24ish, brand new, is there any reason not to buy a cheapie, considering what it is and the car is 10 years old?
I have a feeling I'll need the clamps for both ends too, as they are likely to drop apart if I remove them, is there a specific part number for those too please?

Thanks very much for your help again :)

Ok, so the clamp (13) is part 171366 (Diam 66)
and the clamp (2) on the previous diagram is part 171367 (Diam 54).

I can't get prices on these at present as the parts service is closed for 19 hours undergoing maintenance.

But to answer your question, the exhausts are probably more expensive as these will be original parts and so 10 years is fair game. As for aftermarket that part on ebay you linked to is a used part - so 11 year old itself - so no guarantees how long that will last.

As with anything, it's a price v quality issue - cheaper systems may not be made of the same quality materials and may wear / corrode more quickly, so down to choice.

An unbranded one here for £65 inc. VAT plus £15 delivery (http://www.exhaustdirect24.co.uk/shop-e ... ivery.html)- or take a chance on an OEM used one like that £26 one with free delivery...

I wasn't meaning the used one, just popped that up to show what it looked like so you could identify it easier :)
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/234271795317 ... SwZuNhhOIs
thats a brand new one, £30 and theres 20% off at the moment, so £24 delivered. Cant find much out about BM Cats with regards to exhaust sections, although their cats seem to get ok reviews, only thing that keeps being mentioned is the weld isn't the neatest, but as you can't see it that doesn't matter :)

Yes, I'm sure it will do and at that price, can't go wrong if it only lasts for a few years (hopefully more!).

Hi Jack, is this a part number request or a ‘wanted’ request for spares?

Thanks Mark but...

Oh damn! The diagram doesn't really appear to correlate with what I have. The gaiter fixes by friction to what I assume is the bumper stop but in this image, it doesn't look as though the diameters match anywhere near!

This is for your VIN ending 785, so bear in mind it's an exploded diagram.
