Flood

Got caught in flood water had to be recovered stripped the injectors out the way and spun the engine over by hand out came the water, 20 mins later it fired back into life and has been running fine since.

Low air duct, i need a mod any ideas.?

Check your air filter - I had similar when my wheel arch liner exploded and the intake sucked a lot of spray and muck from the verge in.
Filter was soaked and the housing full of water and grit. MAF was ruined too.

Im not getting notifications of any replys ...

Wow that did take some mucky stuff in , i was luck the water was clean, i took the injectors out disconected the glow plugs and turned thd engine over by hand , with the glow plug relay fuse removed and injectors back in i used easy start to get it fired up ,then switched it off put relay fuse bsck in restarted and let it run and warm up. The water that came out the exhaust !!!

3 weeks later i replaced the glow plugs with one snapped tip which i got out with glow plug tip remover kit , all new bosch ones running ok now. ALL that and no warning light on dash

Pleased its back running well, and you succeeded in getting the broken glow plug out.

Had a similar experience documented on here a few years ago, the eventual result was...
