Looks to me like one of the little mounts used to clip the engine cover on to the top of the engine.

Looks like an oil filler cap with the top knocked off.

it is something like spring loaded valve.

That was my thought too, in looks like the filler cap with built in valve to keep the crankcase in negative pressure.

Could you post another photo with a ruler or something to give us a sense of the size? It's difficult get an idea of the scale involved.

That’s exactly what it is, its the inside part of a gear selector rod end. Didn’t realise it was spring loaded from the picture.

this is the size of it on hand
and valve is not loose and need some force to push it. like 1 - 2kg force
