Re: citroen c4 grand picasso 2015 ex+ 2.0 warning fault
Hi, and to the Forum.
You will need to get the car diagnosed before you do anything further. There could be a whole number of things that could cause this, and without a proper diagnostics it would be impossible to say WHAT the cause of the problem is. A dealership could run a diagnostics for you, but this will cost, and I do not know how much. A generic code reader will probably not work (as the PSA group use proprietary codes), but there are Forum members who have Lexia/DiagBpx clones that can read PSA vehicles, and some of these members may be able to help you with a diagnostics session. The following link shows you who these members are (but some may no longer respond);

Re: citroen c4 grand picasso 2015 ex+ 2.0 warning fault
Hi, thank you for the reply
i have taken the car to citroen dealer for diagnosis and this is what they say: Carried out checks into engine warning, found faults related to central voltage maintaining device. Need to carry out checks to all earths, batter & connections. If all ok advise softwear download & recheck for further faults. If still present will require a cnentral voltage maintaining ecu.
in my point of view the fault seems not too serious as it shows only when the car is cold.

What Citroen have stated is correct. There will probably be a specific fault code pointing the Central Voltage Maintaining Device. There is a technical service bulletin for this issue that I have briefly mentioned in my post here:
