Another great day on the Advent Calendar, 87 new groups posted and a few new ideas implemented for the ongoing calendar. Well done one and all, but could I ask Paul to try and cut down on the yellow cards as I am running out of them!!! :-D :-D

Now with the appropriate modifications made here is the ongoing calendar:

I am going to start the "Q"s with a Quietdrive to get the day underway:

Here are a few Queen songs;

If you watch the film "Highlander" you will get to hear a LOT of Queen songs.

err, I think the numbers are coming at the end of the alphabet. Don't know how kindly Mick will look upon those infringements.

I’ll start off my Qs with a genuine curiosity. This the first band to feature John Lennon, Paul McCartney and George Harrison. The current members (who include some original contemporary members) play a 1958 McCartney/Harrison composition. This 2015 recording takes place in St. Peter’s Church where Lennon and McCartney first met each other in 1957. Hope you enjoy this Mick.

The Quarrymen - In Spite Of All Danger

As I get older I think a lot about the hereafter - I go into a room and then wonder what I'm here after.

Inside every old person is a young person wondering what the hell happened.

You’ll remember this one once you start listening to it. Quantum Jump - The Lone Ranger

The Queers - Punk Rock Girls. This exhausts my Qs for the moment. I'll come back to the Queen songs later on.

Nice remebering of Quantum Jump Paul. Part of the lyrics include this word.

Taumatawhakatangihangakoauauotamateapokaiwhenuakitanatahu.

Mick may have the inside line on the meaning of that word with his New Zealand connections.

Quincy Jones has gone.....first came across Quincy with his work on Ironside and that theme. I found it scary. Shoving it on the jukebox seeing as the memory has been stirred....

Here's my Q. Quiver before they teamed up with The Sutherland Brothers on albums such as "Dream Kid". Gavin Sutherland wrote "Sailing". Green Tree....nice little ditty
