Quite a well known "tune" not yet posted I think. Anything obvious left, John Lydon had a little group with a well known tune after the Sex Pistols which may not have been posted.

Due to the limited number of groups beginning with "Q"

There are going to be even fewer offerings for X so I have a suggestion.

The A to Z has (or will have) covered all bands beginning alphabetically but there remain bands that begin with a number. And I mean a number not a spelled out name such as Four Tops. So why not add into the Xes all bands/groups that start with a number?

I have been thinking about how to overcome the two looming issues next week which are 1) few tracks available for x and z and 2) Currently the "Z"s are due to finish on Christmas day but I think it would be better, and more conventional, to finish the Advent Calendar on Christmas Eve. So taking up Paul's suggestion and combining it with my idea I propose to combine 'X' & 'Y' on 23rd and then 'Z' and 'Numbers' on 24th. Is everyone happy with that?

Yes make it easy for yourself Mick you dont want to be pratting about refereeing every day up to christmas. Up to you but all the regular posters know the "rules" by now if I were you I would have a break from the refereeing and just let the last few days up to the finish of the calendar just go with the flow! Dish out the yellows and reds in the first week of January when you can tidy it up. Fantastic participation so far
