Well it said no communication with the sensor, so i cant calibrate it yet, and no, for sure not going to a dealer, thats too easy, the fun is sorting it ourselves

I only say that as I know from experience that DIYers with Diagbox have had problems trying to calibrate the steering wheel angle sensor themselves. Whether this is a problem with some clone interfaces or the version of Diagbox software I can't say, but the dealer should be able to do this pretty quickly. Just mentioning it in case you end up going in circles!

Just a simple question, 6242pk stands for the order number.
I can get a 96721245xt , which looks its 6242pk too just to give it a try, but its an hour away, any chance to confirm thats the right one?

6242PK is the correct PSA part number or 98062014XT for the later replacement updated part.

I cannot confirm 96721245xt is compatible.

Sorry i have missed one of the posts, i have checked all the fuses, the wiring diagram i was asking for was the ESP one, so i can locate the sensor CAN wires on the bsi, i have seen lots of them for other cars published here.
Where is the flywheel sensor?
I also believe is a wiring fault

Are you 100% sure that you have not moved the wheels (from what should be the Dead Ahead position before you removed the steering wheel) as even the slightest bit out and it will not calibrate? If they have moved or the steering wheel angle sensor in the comms unit has been a little out of alignment - then it will refuse to calibrate.

All the aftermarket VCI kits are clones - they are not available to Joe Public. Citroen dealers lease them for a few years at a cost of thousands then they are replaced.

Well, i cant be 100 percent sure of what happened with the car before, i got it like that from a dealer with no information about.
The wheels are a bit out of track, but with that i should be getting some readings however they will be incoherent, the readings screen is always frozen in the same value, 0.00 degrees direction of turn left.
It says i was wable to calibrate but another calibration has started before and not finished, so not let me calibrate, i will post a photo later

Yes 40 Pin Black, but not all connections / pins are shown - only for the relevant system - in this case the ESP System

Just two points, first, 71, which looks the SWS do not show the power and earth connections, it will be just 12v there when is on, or it will loose that power when the ESP shuts off?
I cant see any Flywheel sensor on that drawing
Any ideas of where will be that joint between 9000B and 9000E? Thats the most likely place on where that CAN line may fail

No, the 71-- shown is the Power Steering ECU (only the relevant CAN connection). The steering wheel angle sensor is not shown separately anywhere.

The Flywheel sensor is not on this Diagram - this is only for the ABS / ESP System.

Steering Wheel Angle Sensor Connection

The steering wheel angle sensor detects the angular position and sends the information relating to the angle and speed of rotation of the steering wheel to the ECUs through the CAN IS network.

The steering wheel angle sensor is energised by a mechanical device which is moved by the rotation of the steering wheel.
The main functions of the steering wheel angle sensor are the following:

• Calculation of the angle of rotation of the steering wheel
• Calibration function
• Calculation of the speed of rotation of the steering wheel
• Supply of the information to the CAN IS network
• Detection of electrical failures of the sensor
• Supply of a partial relative angle

Electrical features

• The steering wheel angle sensor is supplied with ignition positive.
• The electronic consumption of the sensor is below 150 mA under ignition positive.
