A great crop spotted on the MK Marathon course today... It's normal to put up some signage like this during major runs...

It's not unusual on long runs for some to loose a toenail or three. Normally as a result of a not quite right fitting shoe. I sport a nice black one from my last marathon :) A runner's badge of honour...

It's not unusual to be in urgent need sometimes on a long run. Sometimes the need is so urgent that...

One is said to have suffered a 'Paula' when this happens after Paula Radcliffe's unfortunate experience in the London Marathon a few years ago. Nothing to be embarrassed about, you might say ***t happens :lol:

I realise this will lower the tone a little, Jim, but I'm hoping to go and see a BX19TRD this week... :roll:
They got rebranded DTR for some countries.
