A great crop spotted on the MK Marathon course today... It's normal to put up some signage like this during major runs...

It's not unusual on long runs for some to loose a toenail or three. Normally as a result of a not quite right fitting shoe. I sport a nice black one from my last marathon A runner's badge of honour...

No it jolly well isn't! Will find out whether it's still available in the morning, and if so, then a 7h drive and an over-night to see it.
