You probably haven't then. What is your firmware version incidentally? To find out the firmware version, press the SETUP button. From the list. scroll down until you find SYSTEM, select this option, then from the following list, select SOFTWARE VERSION. This will tell you the current firmware version of your system

Ok, so that's quite an old firmware version.

Updating the firmware does carry risks and should be done very carefully. There are 4 later firmware versions than the one you have.

If you want the firmware files, send me a Private Message.

Then follow the update procedure here:

So I tried to update today and I got the error 0x3000... I tried with several different SD Cards but the result was the same.

Any idea what it might be?

Yes, format the new SD card in FAT32 using a Windows PC not a MAC before you copy the update files over. Make sure the SD card is of adequate size.

Yes, I did all that with different SD Cards (I have quite a few). The update starts but after the second reset it gives me this message. And never gets past 0%

So when you remove the SD card, switch off the engine, wait a few minutes, then start the engine again - when the MyWay starts up is is booting properly or not.

If not I can only suggest you format the SD card again (don't use your map one) and ensure when you format it to FAT32, and that the allocation unit size is 64k.

If it's not working, try the next firmware update file on a new SD Card and make sure you only have the contents on the SD card that I have shown in the guide.

Hi!! I managed to update the firmware to the latest version but I still can't have the trip computer information sadly...

I wonder if there'll be any way to have it since i've seen some cars with the same radio and that info

Hard to say as you have RNEG fitted not the RD4, and will also depend on the type of stalk you have fitted to the switch module in the steering wheel.
