I have a 2007 407 2.0 HDI coupe, fault code p2033 displayed. Can you confirm part No for my EGT sensor is 1618PG/ SH/ 30. And are there any less expensive variants I can use.
Many thanks.

To ensure correct parts, you'll need to post up your VIN (automatically masked from public view). We also use this to ensure the fault description is accurate for your particular engine ECU as the variables differ.

Re: Peugeot 407 EGT Sensor
Confirmed, the newer replacement part is 1618PG (item 2 below). Currently priced at £146.30 inc. VAT from Peugeot.
Torque: 3.0 ± 0.5 daNm
Be wary of non OEM replacements - I suspect the replacement part may have a slightly longer cable, due to the earlier model getting too close to the heat from the exhaust and causing damage to the wiring sheath, leading to electrical shorts / damage. The newer replacement part may have a longer cable, in order that it can be secured further away from the exhaust.
