Good afternoon,
Can anyone explain how to get the tailgate to open. There is no reaction/sound/click when I push the Button (?) to open it.
Thanks
Joe

It would be worth trying a BSI reset procedure.

I manage to open the tailgate following the video instruction. Now I need to go to an electrician to fing out what is wrong with the electrics. Thanks.

Re: Pluriel 2004 - Tailgate will not open
If the roof has lost it's position and as a result does not know if it is fully opened or closed the tailgate won't open either. This happens when wear on the cogg or the cables that move the roof causes slippage. Reinitilisation of the roof might cure your problem. But if the cables slip you can usually not finish that procedure successfully

Glad that you have made some progress.
You need to check that whoever tries to diagnose it has a Lexia/Diagbox tool, as it would be hopeless without. If you can't find anyone in Malta with one, maybe you should invest in one yourself.
