Yes, sorry - single fan on yours.
There is also a controlling relay attached.
Check out both fan and relay independently, and the supply to them.
You can substitute the fan with a high wattage lamp (eg 12v 100W, or 55W) for testing purposes.

Same here and I could be in trouble - had the bumper off to replace a blown bulb and the fan is sticking.
Should be OK until next April though, temperature never varies :)

I tried but could not gain access into the motor, I expect it is brushes causing the problems.

It just seems to be "tight" at one point in it's rotation. Very tight, wouldn't budge at first.

I would try some oil on the shaft to see if it can seep in and loosen it off. It will probably be best to take it out of the car first so that you can place it face down so that the oil can follow gravity.

Having said that, it'll probably not fix it. I never had any success with the fan out of either the C5 or the Xsara!

Saved a bunch on the fan ordering from that link. 500 vs 230.

Now got fault codes which are troubling from what I have read from searching this place.

Has that solved all your current problem(s) though?

Time taken looking for electrical fault. Then the Eolys was topped up and that stuff cost a load. £550 garage add the fan 250 (including postage) 800.
